Refund policy

Effective date: April 8, 2026

We want you to feel confident trying Maeva. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products purchased on www.maeva.co within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original form of payment, subject to the terms below.

1. Eligibility

This Refund Policy applies only to purchases made directly from www.maeva.co. Purchases made through third-party marketplaces, retailers, or other sellers are not covered by this Refund Policy and must be handled through the applicable third party.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • The product must be returned to us.

  • You must provide your order number and any other information reasonably requested to process the return.

2. Refund Option

If your return is approved and the product is returned in accordance with this Refund Policy, we will issue a full refund to your original form of payment for the returned product.

Original outbound shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, taxes, and any other non-product fees will be refunded only to the extent required by applicable law or if otherwise stated by Maeva in writing.

3. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless required by law or unless we determine, in our discretion, that the return is due to our error.

You are responsible for ensuring the product is properly packaged and returned to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return, email hello@maeva.co within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • The product(s) you want to return

  • The reason for the return

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

5. Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow a reasonable period for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact hello@maeva.co as soon as possible and include your order number and photos if available. If the issue is due to our error, we may, in our discretion, provide a replacement, refund, or prepaid return label.

7. Limits and Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, excessive returns, returned items that do not match the order, or violations of this Refund Policy.

8. Subscription Orders

If you are enrolled in an auto-ship or subscription program, cancellation applies only to future charges and shipments. Orders already processed or shipped remain subject to this Refund Policy.
